Our Practice Policies
It is our philosophy to help you look your personal best with a minimum of downtime. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care. This includes providing every patient with:
- A caring atmosphere: We take time to listen and answer your questions fully.
- Educational support: We feel that a well-informed patient is one of our best assets in providing successful treatment and prevention. We provide you with a thorough explanation of your diagnosis and treatment options.
Monday-Friday – 9-5pm
Saturdays – 9-1pm (by appointment only)
All new clients must contact the office to schedule a consult before booking online.
In order to accommodate a wide variety of work schedules, we are currently open from 9 AM – 5PM on Monday – Friday, and Saturday by appointment only. You are welcome to call us anytime Monday – Saturday to make an appointment, schedule a consult, or ask questions about our practice. Because we set aside time to address your needs and concerns with no over booking,at least 24 hours advance notice is requested for any appointment changes. This will enable us to better accommodate another patient who may be on the waiting list. You may also request an appointment via this website or directly with an email to [email protected]
CANCELLATION & “NO SHOW” POLICY
Failure to cancel appointments for procedures within 24 hours or “no shows” may result in a minimum charge ranging from $100.00 up to the full fee of the procedure.
FEES, PAYMENT & INSURANCE:
We do not participate in any insurance plans. If you would like to file a claim with your insurance company, we will be happy to provide you with the appropriate codes and invoices for your procedure.
We require full payment at the time services are rendered by cash, check or credit card. All major surgeries and procedures must be paid for 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date.
We are pleased to offer our patients the ability to use Care Credit for their payment. More information can be obtained by visiting www.carecredit.com.
We charge a service fee of $50 for any check that is returned from a bank for Non-Sufficient Funds, and appreciate very much your use of a debit card for payment. We accept visa Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
